I will share alternatives of fiverr, Actually fiverr is a good site mostly people can’t be successful there but don’t worry, it is the compitation site with Freelance.com, elance.com, odesk.com, freelancer.com etc, many freelancer moves to fiverr but when they don’t be successful they think other freelancing site is good. I know you can’t earn very much from fiverr, you have paid 5$ per gig, and fiverr charge commistion 1$, but consider they pay you just 5$ of your working and after it fiverr will charge 20% that is not good, be aware, if you are working with fiverr, leave it let me share you some good ideas,
Freelancer
www.freelancer.com is a great site in the world of interent sign up free and make your profile strong and upload your portfolio I mean upload your best work in the portfolio freelancer will give you 30 days free trial if you think it will be better after using the 20 days trial, if you think it is good get premium membership there is many packages you have to choose 1 package, it is very easy to use im trying to to teach you my experience I will upload videos on my site after this post as well.
Elance
Elance is the second best site in the world of internet it will also give you trial ID if you will think it is good, you have to choose a plan which is available in the site policy.
Odesk
Mostly people think odesk is not good but I use this site as well it is really better site with my experience if you want to work permanently I will suggest you this site, you can get job or work very easily

Adobe illustrator Tutorials: How to Make a Ribbon
Hello guys, today im going to teach you in illustrator tutorials how to make a web ribbon, it is not very hard to make it, just we will make some shapes and some basic mask techniques, you have to draw just simple box and after this we will give it the shape of ribbon and then we’ll fill color in that object which we will create after it something have to use like Gaussian blue and some blending techniques, anyway lets start.
This is the final image we will create same like this.



Step 1
Open illustrator by double clicking and then go to file click on new create new document, enter 600 px width and same in hight after it go to advance button and select RGB color after it make sure “Align New Objects to Pixel Grid” is not cheked before clicking ok, after it go to (View > grid > Snap to grid) after it put the grid line after the every 5px, click ok.


Step 2
Select the ellipse tool draw it and its size should be 250px by 40px, fill it with the gradient opacity should be 50% after it click on Effect menu > Blur > Gaussian Blur radius should be 5px click ok now select the reactangel tool draw it 350 px by 50px give it black color and keep it same like the below image.



Step 3
Select the rectangle tool draw a box with 180px by 75px and fill it color and put the linier effect.


Step 4
Select rectangle again the go to the Object menu > path > Add anchor points now select the direct selection tool and then click the it center bottom edge on the object after it draw the node to up side.


Step 5
Now in this step draw a small box of the right and left side of the main object I mean ribbon which we have created in previous step, select direct selection tool and click to node and press delete.
